This album was inspired by late nights listening to the LAPD South Bureau police scanner online.
I became fascinated with the idea that as the sun goes down and darkness falls, another world awakens within our cities as it does out in the wild.
Prowlers and predators take to the streets.
Crime increases.
Inspired by the palpable tension and dangerous activities I heard happening in real time, I decided to make a brief soundtrack that could embody some of the urban drama that unfolds across metropolitan landscapes every night.

The result is a dark, ambient, concept mini-album that tells a story in three parts:

Vespers (Sundown)
Nocturnality (Night)
Embers Before Dawn (Early morning thru sunrise)
